About us

The International Youth Center – Ruse was established with the mission to support young people in their personal development, education, and active participation in society. The center is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and is housed in a restored historic building – a cultural heritage monument transformed into a modern space for meetings, learning, and inspiration.

We believe that young people are the key to a better future. That’s why we create opportunities for their engagement, volunteering, creativity, and entrepreneurship through programs, trainings, and events with an international dimension.

We work in partnership with institutions, organizations, and young people to build an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable environment where every young person can discover, develop, and realize their potential.
