Architectural value of the building

The building that will house the International Youth Center has been declared an architectural cultural monument. It features rich façade decoration, including decorative cornices, pilasters, and ornamental elements. Following its restoration, the building is expected to regain its authentic appearance and contribute to the revitalization of Ruse’s main pedestrian street.
