Activities

School integration
Through cooperation with schools and social workers, individualized measures will be implemented to return young people to the educational system. The center will offer a supportive environment, additional training and adaptation consultations. The goal is to reduce the number of early school leavers.

Mentoring
A system of mentors – trained young people and professionals will be built to support the personal development of their peers. Mentors will also provide support, motivation and guidance to overcome life and educational challenges. The program also promotes sustainable relationships and role models.

Arts and Culture
Young people still have the opportunity to join studios and clubs for music, theater, visual arts, literature, etc. Self-esteem, emotional intelligence and belonging to the community will be developed through creative expression. Exhibitions, performances and cultural events will be organized.

Volunteering and Clubs
The Center still encourages volunteerism and active civic participation. Youth clubs will be created, where participants can still develop ideas, organize events and get involved in public initiatives. This will help build responsible and engaged young people.

Support for young NEET
The center will offer individual and group consultations for NEET youth (not in employment, education or training), with an emphasis on motivation, career guidance and reintegration into the education system. Personal development plans will be developed and active partnerships with institutions and employers will be sought.

Digital skills training
Young people will be able to improve their digital literacy through courses in computer skills, online platforms, cybersecurity, and word processing and presentation software. The training will meet the modern requirements of the labor market. Both basic and advanced levels will be offered.

Informal Education
The center will provide a variety of non-formal learning programs, combining interactive methods, project-based learning, and participation in simulations and discussions. The educational approach is aimed at developing critical thinking, social and communication skills. Participants will have the opportunity to learn through experience and collaboration.
