Youth Initiative “Unfiltered”

On May 14, 2026, the inspiring initiative “Unfiltered” took place in the heart of our city. The event was entirely organized and initiated by youth volunteers from the International Youth Center – Ruse, with the aim of promoting open communication and building trust.

The core idea of the event was to create a safe and supportive environment in the city center where young people could freely share their opinions, feelings, and personal experiences without fear of judgment. Through the active participation of the volunteers, we aimed to develop tolerance and effective communication skills. The program included interactive discussions on topics such as emotional health, social media, and the vital importance of mutual support.

The youth themselves prepared and conducted role-playing games and teamwork exercises. These activities generated great interest and allowed everyone present to express their perspective on relevant issues in their daily lives. We expect the outcomes of this gathering to make participants more confident in expressing their views and more inclined to engage in future volunteer efforts. At the same time, the initiative contributed to a more positive community atmosphere and boosted interest in the upcoming initiatives of the International Youth Center.
