Youth Job Fair – Talents, Professions, Future

On June 18, 2026, the lobby of the Dohodno Zdanie (Profit Building) hosted the Youth Job Fair – Talents, Professions, Future. The event was jointly organized by the Business Innovation Centre “Innobridge” and the Municipality of Ruse, with the support of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This initiative is part of the activities under Project № BG-RRP-1.008-0008 “Construction of the International Youth Center – Ruse” and aimed to connect young people with real opportunities for work, internships, and professional development.

The fair saw active participation from students representing seven schools in Ruse:

  • “Geo Milev” English Language School

  • “Penyo Penev” Professional High School of Architecture, Building, and Geodesy

  • “Atanas Burov” Professional High School of Polygraphy and Textile

  • “Yuri Gagarin” Professional High School of Mechanical Engineering

  • “Baba Tonka” High School of Mathematics

  • “Apostol Arnaudov” Professional High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics

  • “Elias Canetti” Professional High School of Economics and Management

Students from the Angel Kanchev University of Ruse also attended. The youth engaged in active conversations with employers, asking questions and seeking information about internships, first-job opportunities, and career growth in various professional fields.

Leading Companies and Institutions Presented Career Opportunities

A total of 14 employers and institutions participated in the event, showcasing their work, vacant positions, internship programs, and growth prospects:

  • Bader Bulgaria KD – a manufacturer of leather interiors for luxury automobiles, part of the German Bader Group with over 150 years of history.

  • NRG Soft Eood – a national leader in smart security, automation, and control solutions, featuring a team of over 120 engineers.

  • Bulmarket Group AD – one of the largest holding structures in Bulgaria, uniting more than 20 companies in logistics, energy, and biofuels.

  • Orange Education OOD – a leading organization in international youth exchange and education abroad.

  • GG Cables & Wires EOOD – part of the Austrian GG Group, a manufacturer of high-tech cables for the automotive industry.

  • Alfa Consult Bulgaria OOD – a licensed HR agency specializing in recruitment and human resource management.

  • WITTE Automotive Bulgaria EOOD – a leading manufacturer of mechatronic locking systems for the automotive industry.

  • Smetka BG EOOD – an established accounting firm with over 15 years of experience.

  • UMBAL “Medica Ruse” – a modern university hospital and a leading medical center in the region.

  • Directorate “Labor Office” – Ruse – an institution supporting employment and career guidance.

  • Angel Kanchev University of Ruse – a leading educational and scientific center with over 10,000 students.

  • Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry – the oldest and largest business organization in the region.

  • “Momentum Lab” Association – an organization supporting youth entrepreneurship and social innovation.

  • Municipality of Ruse – presented opportunities for university and youth internships within its directorates and administrative units.

The Youth Job Fair served as a dynamic platform where school and university students could speak directly with employers, exchange ideas, and discover real professional paths. The event encouraged early career orientation and forged valuable connections between education and business, demonstrating to young people just how diverse and accessible development opportunities are in the region. The high level of interest and active participation clearly proved that such initiatives are key to building an informed, motivated, and well-prepared generation of future professionals.
